My son had a screw in his tire. I sent him to see if he could get it plugged. I have just got him his first vehicle (used 2021) in March, from West herr ford. It all went great. I am a return customer, I had got a new truck from them last year, myself. But, I sent him over to quick lane, turns out they thought a 17 year can be taken advantage of. Very disappointed with the service. I was told it would be about an hour then it ended up being 3 which turned into 7 hours . The tires were worked on when i left the tires are supposed to have 33 psi the tire worked on had 43 psi . I feel it was very poor care
This is the third vehicle my husband and I have purchased from west Herr ford on camp road in Hamburg. Every time we have either leased or purchased a car it has become a hassle free process. I highly recommend either working with Mark Schrader or Amanda Duffy they were both on separate occasions great sales people who listen to our exact wants and needs and were able to get us right where we wanted to be payment wise. I will continue to purchase and recommend anyone I can to this dealership.

Most recent inspection was to include a video of the inspection. I never received that, left several voice mails with my service rep, Robert. I actually talked to a person on my fourth attempt and was assured it would be addressed ā¦ that did not happened. So Iāve been chasing this for a month with no resolution. Why advertise this perk if you are not following through? I will go to another dealer in the future.

West Herr Hamburg goes out of their way to help the customer. I have never had a problem there over the past 40 years unfortunately I canāt say the same for West or Lincoln. They have no service and they donāt return calls.

We just bought a 2023 Kia Soul S from West Herr , Hamburg, NY. The business facility was kept clean and professional. Our salesman Bill Pease was professional and nice to work with. His sales assistant was great at finishing up any loose ends and made car buying great as well. If you want to buy new or used and want to be treated well , I would recommend West Herr.
I can't say enough good things about the truck service I receive when I go to west herr ford of hamburg. I have a f350 diesel and have had some issues with the truck because it's getting older and has nearly 300,000 miles on it. They are the only dealership I take my truck to. They have very good mechanics and staff and do a good job.

Poor experience with their service department. When I dropped my car off I was told it would take 4-5 hours After 7 hours I had not heard from them and called. I was they left me a voicemail but I never received a voicemail. I was also told the recall work had to be done at their collision department. When I took it to the collision department they took a couple of photos and told me they would call me when the parts were in. Pleasant, professional and helpful. When I went to pay my bill for inspection and oil Change I was asked if I would like to see how many Ford points I have. I wasn't aware I even had any! Turns out my whole bill was covered by points. Doesn't get any better than this!

By far the best service experience I've had in the 15 years I've been driving. They are the nicest, most responsive, and understanding team. West Herr is a great dealership and I would highly recommend. I dropped my Bronco Sport off yesterday for an oil change to Quick Lane. I dealt with Jennifer and she was very responsive. She called to ask about replacing the cabin air filter that the technician recommended. She also called me to let me know when the service was completed.
Robert was extremely helpful in checking to see if my electrical problem was covered by warranty.
